CELEBRATED CHEF CYRUS TODIWALA LAUNCHES NEW TAPAS-STYLE MENU
With a Pan-Indian offering like no other, Mr Todiwala’s Kitchen carries the name of one of the UK’s most characterful chefs. Now, with the launch of Cyrus Todiwala OBE DL’s new tapas menu, visitors to Mr. Todiwala’s Kitchen can enjoy many more of his signature dishes as part of a new sharing concept. Diners can indulge in everything from authentic Indian street food through to specialities inspired by Cyrus’ rich Parsee heritage. Blending traditional cooking methods with non-traditional ingredients he has created an array of unique and fragrant dishes with highlights including: Dahi Sev Chana Poori, Masala Dosa, Paneer Tikka, Salmon Cafreal and Chicken Tikka. A large part of the menu will also be dedicated to vegan and vegetarian dishes such as Beetroot & Coconut Samosas. The small plate dishes range from £6 to £12.
